Cancellation Policy
A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 24 business hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 50% of the session amount.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel and or reschedule an appointment online or call/text (480)604-9126 if you have an emergency situation and cannot cancel within 48 hours.
